The Snowide group, which owns the APO and White Doctor brands, is searching for a motivated individual to join their team as a Social Media Intern. This position will last for one year and will be based out of APO’s European headquarters in Annecy, France. Yes, you heard right, you could work in the heart of the French Alps, home to some of the most spectacular ski terrain on the entire planet!

Founded by snowboarding legend Regis Rolland, APO is currently one of the leading snowsports brands in Europe. After creating a loyal customer base across the pond, APO launched its full line of technical outerwear and hardgoods here in the US to much fanfare. In addition, White Doctor is an up and coming ski brand that is catching the attention of industry tastemakers around the world. The Snowide group is offering you the chance to work on the same team as Olympic Slopestyle gold medalist Sage Kotsenburg!

Social Media Intern Job Description:

  • Optimizing social media across all platforms
  • Writing, translating, and proofreading website and social media content
  • Work within the Marketing Department to develop content strategy
  • Promoting the brands during B2B and B2C events
  • Writing snowboard and freeski news stories
  • Editing online video content

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the snowboard and freeski industry
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Familiarity with Office programs: Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Photoshop
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Editorial/writing experience
