Loveland Ski Area opened this past Saturday, November 1st for the 2014-2015 season making it the second ski area in North America to open. Skiers and riders are enjoying top-to-bottom, tree-to-tree coverage with an 18 inch base on a 1,000 vertical foot run consisting of Catwalk, Mambo, and Home Run.

The last time Loveland Ski Area opened in November was the 1992-1993 season (November 4th). That year Loveland received 514 inches of snow!
