SNOWBOARD MAGAZINE IS MOVING TO PORTLAND!
SNOWBOARD MOVES TO PORTLAND

Hailey, ID (April 12, 2006) - SNOWBOARD Magazine is proud to announce that we are moving our headquarters to Portland, Oregon. That’s right, Mt. Hood, Burnside and never pumping our own gas again. Why Portland, you might ask? Aside from being one heck of a cultured town, Portland is only an hour from the heart of the snowboarding movement...the camps and the kids at Mt. Hood. Two members of the staff, Aaron Draplin and Larry Nunez (Pancho) already call PDX home, and we’re glad to be joining them for long lunches at Burnside, and company picnics at Hood, lapping the parks.

“After two years of working independently, we are excited to join forces and make our already successful product even better,” says Mark Sullivan, Publisher of SNOWBOARD. “Next year is going to be a great one for us.”

The big move is taking place on May 1st, and we’re well into the process of picking out an office and furniture to fill it with. Right now, we’re torn between Ikea desks, or just working from Love Sacs. Either way, look for a bigger and better SNOWBOARD Magazine next year!
