How special that the most retarded gang of renegade snowboard punks held their first annual Grenade Games on April 20th. If you do the math that's 4:20 (get it?). June Mountain, the adopted home of the Grenerds was the site of this sun baked anti-contest. Organized, thought out, regulated...it was not. Something like a complete mess, it was. Appropriate nonetheless. What should have turned into a proper sh*t show actually ended up being a pretty sweet deal.

All antics aside it boiled down to a few kids putting on an absolute clinic on how to rip a pipe; Danny Kass (naturally) and Pat Moore (fire-crackin' radically) basically smoked the collective. How High? Like real high. I mean, these guys went rather large and I reckon would have scored big had there been any judges there to ruin the contest (which it wasn't). Both busted out some crushin' moves with young Pat adding a 1260 to his bag of tricks.

Technically speaking, I left the event fairly burnt and most likely couldn't give an accurate account of anything else that happened. I do know this though: It was dope.
