COPPER MOUNTAIN, Colo. — October 16, 2013 — Copper Mountain’s American Eagle lift starts turning Nov. 1, but the celebration extends all the way through the month of November. Don’t miss the chance to win big throughout opening weekend on Copper’s Loot Lift, Nov. 1-3, catch Olympic fever at the ‘Believe in U.S. Pep Rally’ and U.S. Ski Team First Tracks Naming Event, Nov. 8, demo the newest gear and support Colorado during Colorado Days, Nov. 16-17, and celebrate the completely remodeled Woodward at Copper Barn at Woodward Remix, Nov. 29-30.

Copper Opening Weekend, Nov. 1 – 3, 2013
Copper Mountain kicks off the 2013/2014 winter season on Nov. 1 and skiers and riders can get lucky on the Loot Lift all weekend! Based on the NYC based ‘Cash Cab,’ Copper guests get the chance to prove their Copper knowledge and win big this opening weekend.

Believe in U.S. Pep Rally: Nature Valley First Tracks Alpine Team Naming, Nov. 8, 2013
Copper Mountain kicks off the U.S. Ski Team’s road to Sochi at the ‘Believe in U.S. Pep Rally’ on Friday, Nov. 8. The full team of Olympic hopefuls, including Ted Ligety, Bode Miller, Lindsey Vonn and Mikaela Shiffrin, will be introduced during the Nature Valley First Tracks Alpine Team Naming. This free all-American pep rally kicks off the ski and snowboard season and Team U.S.A.’s road to Sochi. The full day event gives fans a sneak peek at the U.S. Ski Team training, and includes a fan-led parade and official naming ceremony, followed by an athlete autograph session and headlining band The Swon Brothers, recent finalists on NBC’s The Voice, in Burning Stones Plaza, located in Center Village. Copper Mountain Colorado Days, Nov. 16 – 17, 2013
Join us for the Third Annual Colorado Demo Days and celebrate all things homegrown in Colorado, including locally-made skis and snowboards (including demos), a Colorado craft beer garden and local bands, who will battle it out, winner takes all, for a chance to play at Copper’s Sunsation Festival later this spring

Woodward Remix Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Nov. 29 – 30, 2013
The Woodward at Copper Barn is all dressed up and ready for the ball following a half-million dollar remodel, completed earlier this summer. Woodward Remix Weekend includes free intro and drop in sessions for all guests, all weekend long. The U.S. Freeskiing and U.S. Snowboarding teams will be on hand, as will pro-BMX riders Red Bull’s Anthony Napolitan, and X Games Gold medalists Zack Warden and Red Bull’s pro-skateboarder Tom Schaar and Curren Caples for demos and athlete meet-and-greets. The Annual GoPro Yam Jam will help work off that third (maybe even fourth) helping of Thanksgiving turkey with Woodward at Copper’s progressive rails on Friday, Nov. 29.
