Silverton, Colo., August 1, 2011 – Winter is coming and there is big news at Silverton Mountain.  Unguided Season passes are now on sale for only $399!  We are hooking up the locals and bringing back the ½ price pass sale with a limited amount of discount season passes available.  Plus the unbelievable season pass deal comes with ½ price heli drops (standby), an additional 15 free ski days at other Colorado Resorts (5 days A Basin, 5 days Monarch, & 5 at Loveland) and $79 guided skiing (standby).  If you live anywhere in Colorado and have ever thought about an unguided Silverton season pass this is the time, as once we hit a predetermined limit the price returns to $799.  Don’t wait to get in on the incredibly low price as it is expected to sell out rapidly as previous passholders got first crack at the limited supply.

Unguided Season 20% Longer This Year.  Silverton Mountain added additional unguided ski dates for the 2011/12 season making it the biggest and best unguided season ever.   Due to popular demand Silverton Mountain added nearly a 20% increase in unguided skiing opportunities with additional dates added in December, January and April.

 

Big Capital Improvements Slated at Silverton Mountain.  Everyone always gets excited for big capital improvements like new lifts, lodges and grooming machines.  Silverton Mountain is proud to announce the capital improvement for this coming season…. New Carpet in the Quonset Hut at the base area.  Fresh recycled carpet donated by Red Bull, will be enjoyed by all this year.
