It's that time of year again when resorts start firing up their lifts for the new season. We have seen some resorts already open including Arapahoe Basin and Loveland, but many are still waiting for mother nature to hit their area.
Temps are starting to hit the freezing mark and big storms have rolled through the Rockies and New England leaving tons of snow for mountians to start building a good base on. Check out our list of opening days to see when your favorite mountains will be ready for the 2011/2012 season. Dates are weather-dependent and are subject to change.
