Beers & Boardin’: Left Hand Brewing Hosting 2nd Annual Hops & Handrails

Left Hand Brewing is hosting another round of beers and boarding, hosting the 2nd annual Hops & Handrails Beer Fest & Rail Jam on March 29th in Longmont, CO. A snowboard competition will be going down as Colorado’s finest breweries hang out and show off their goods. All proceeds from the event will go to benefit Left Hand’s own Left Hand Brewing Foundation, as well as SOS Outreach. The doors open at noon, and for $30 you’ve got yourself an afternoon of endless beer tasting— sounds like a pretty sweet deal to us!

(LONGMONT, CO) – Craft beer + Rail jam: it’s a match made in Colorado heaven! Left Hand Brewing Co. is excited to announce the return of Hops & Handrails Beer Fest & Rail Jam, on March 29th in Longmont, Colorado. The hybrid winter event will feature the finest craft breweries alongside a snowboard competition featuring a 25’ ft. high ramp! Hops & Handrails will bring the best Colorado has to offer in a family friendly winter wonderland loaded with snowboards and craft beer, all at Left Hand Brewing from 12 to 6pm. And like all Left Hand events, Hops & Handrails will benefit 2 nonprofits, their very own Left Hand Brewing Foundation and SOS Outreach.

Doors open at noon with many of Colorado’s great riders beginning to show off their airs, grabs, spins, and flips. Your junior riders need a little help? Bring the kids to our H&H Kid Zone with boards for riders as young as 2 years. Riders interested can register starting February 1st via email to goldberg@lefthandbrewing.com or starting at 11am at event site. Competition gets going at 1pm and winners will take the stage at 5:15pm!

While watching the Rail Jam, attendants can sample a wide variety of beer from Colorado’s finest craft breweries. The Beer Fest kicks off at 1 p.m. for a 3 hour tasting session featuring Left Hand, Odell, Ska and more! Moreover, the beer festival will be integrated throughout the whole event site for optimal viewing of the rail action. A $30 tasting cup allows you unlimited tasting during the session.

Tickets to the Beer Fest & Rail Jam are available online and day of. The beer tasting will be integrated throughout the festival, permitting attendees full mobility of the event grounds.
