Over this past summer John & Eric Jackson teamed up with Red Bull to create Brothers on the Run, a 15,000 mile journey from Alaska to the southern tip of Chile. This trip is a once in a lifetime opportunity and the brothers are doing it right.

To commemorate this epic journey the brothers have created a sterling silver necklace in which 100% of the profits will be donated to Casa Betesda, an orphanage in Nicaragua. “We wanted to help people out on this journey,” said John Jackson. “So we are giving 100% of the profits to an orphanage in Nicaragua.”

Casa Betesda is one of the highest-ranking orphanages in Nicaragua according to the Nicaraguan Government’s Department of Family. The majority of the kids there come from desperate situations – from kids being smuggled across the border to have their organs sold on the black market to kids involved in sex trafficking.

Both John and Eric see true value in what Casa Betesda is doing. The orphanage provides hope for these young kids as well as safety, education and nutrition. Currently the orphanage is at capacity, and the funds raised will go directly to helping Casa Betesda erect a new building and expand their efforts.
