Seattle, WA – January 15, 2013 – K2 Snowboarding is proud to announce the promotion of Jake Kuzyk to the its international professional snowboard team.

K2 Snowboarding Team Manager, Peter Mullenbach, had this to say about Jake: “He’s a kid you just love to work with because he knows what he wants. Jake’s relaxed snowboarding style speaks for itself and is among the cleanest in the game, but what impresses me the most about Jake is his sheer desire to push himself towards new heights and settle for nothing less than perfection. We’re extremely excited to PROmote Jake in 2013 and we’re unbelievably stoked to see what the future brings.”

Outside of snowboarding, Jake also contributes vital feed back and art direction towards the boards and bindings he rides an comments, “K2 Snowboarding was my first real sponsor and the very first to support me in my video parts. Five years later nothing has changed, they still continue to help me in every aspect of my riding. I couldn’t be more grateful to them for turning me pro, I can’t believe it!”
