K2 Snowboarding welcomes Jake Kuzyk to the international pro team

Seattle, WA – January 15, 2013 – K2 Snowboarding is proud to announce the promotion of Jake Kuzyk to the its international professional snowboard team.

Residing in Vancouver, BC by way of Winnipeg, Jake’s style on a snowboard resembles that of skateboarding and the street she grew up around. With a heavy bag of technical tricks, Jake has found himself on magazine covers across the globe and closing down movie projects with Video Grass.

Now with a new snowmobile towing behind his truck, Jake Kuzyk is just beginning to tap into his ability on a snowboard and establishing himself as one of the most well rounded riders in the industry. With perfection at the heart of evertying he does it’s only fitting that Jake be rewarded for his dedication and commitment to his career.

K2 Snowboarding Team Manager, Peter Mullenbach, had this to say about Jake: “He’s a kid you just love to work with because he knows what he wants. Jake’s relaxed snowboarding style speaks for itself and is among the cleanest in the game, but what impresses me the most about Jake is his sheer desire to push himself towards new heights and settle for nothing less than perfection. Outside of snowboarding, Jake also contributes vital feed back and art direction towards the boards and bindings he rides an comments, “K2 Snowboarding was my first real sponsor and the very first to support me in my video parts.
