Freestyle wall to wall!

The next edition of the Mazda Snowboard Jamboree presented by Vidéotron will host three official freestyle disciplines. This is the first time ever that the Jamboree offers a complete freestyle schedule with the best riders in the world to attract thousands of spectators. This will be the last chance for many of the athletes from around the world to secure a spot on their respective Olympic Teams for Sochi, since Stoneham will host the two Olympic disciplines, half-pipe and slopestyle.

Snowboard Jamboree joins TTR World Snowboard Tour

In addition to its FIS (International Ski Federation) sanction for hosting the World Cup, the Snowboard Jamboree is now a sanctioned event on the World Snowboard Tour. Run and owned by TTR Pro Snowboarding, the World Snowboard Tour is the world’s largest series of freestyle snowboarding events. The Snowboard Jamboree is very proud to join WST’s 2014 edition as a five stars event. The ranking of the events on the World Snowboard Tour calendar ranks from 1 to 6 level events and is determined on many different factors. To qualify as a first-time 5-Star event is a great testimony of the quality of the Snowboard Jamboree and race management.
