Stoneham, February 22nd, 2011 – Renowned for its awesome freestyle installations and the good vibe present in its snow parks, Stoneham Mountain Resort invites all freestyle adepts [men & women] to its nightly METAL Wednesdays! The first 3 Wednesdays of March (2, 9 and 16) are not-to-be-missed events for freeskiers and snowboarders. Whatever your type of riding and interests are; rails slopestyle and half-pipe are on the menu!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • In total, near $1000 to win plus several other prizes;
  • A discount on the night lift-ticket is offered when sign up for the contest;
  • aXions Club members enjoy Wednesday nights for only $17;
  • Inscription fee: $10 + the lift ticket and snow park access card.

DETAILED SCHEDULE
March 2nd and 16th: Slopestyle rails contest / March 9th: Olympic-size half-pipe contest

  • 5pm to 6:30pm – Sign up mandatory at the Main Chalet ;
  • Practice between 5 :30pm to 7pm
  • 7pm : Contest start!
  • 9:30pm – Official prizegiving at the Main Chalet!
