About Leanne's Setup

Leanne Pelosi has done a tremendous amount for female snowboarding. She founded the MGT Snowboard Camp for Girls and Women who want to continue to progress their snowboarding and she has appeared in many films such as La La Land, As If, and Ro Sham Bo. She is one down to earth rider, and her set up is just as rad as she is.

For the park, where Leanne has no problem throwing 720s and cab 270 on to 180 out on down rails, she checks in her K2 Va Va Voom 143. When in the backcountry she rides her K2 Wolfpack 154. “I developed this board for an all-around board that I use for park and backcountry. You can’t go wrong with feathers on the base." remarks Leanne.

For bindings she kicks it in the  K2 Agogos because of how fast she can get in and out of them and the K2 Contour boots because the Double Boa is easy and fast to use when your on hill.

Working our way from the bottom up, she rocks the Airblaster My Brother’s Pant to which she says, "they fit like jeans.” She wears her pants over her Airblaster Women’s Hoodless Ninja Suit, and if needed, for more layering she prefers ther Dakine Realm Jacket, of which her favorite aspect is the toasty microfleece. Over her layers, she wears the Airblaster Snuggler Jacket which according to Leanne is, “the best puffy ever. It has a longer fit and is super warm for sledding.”

Other warm pieces of outerwear include the Dakine Targa Glove, which is fitted with GORE-TEX for a high level of waterproofness.  For the warmer days, Leanne can stuff her gloves, and her backcountry gear and snacks in her Dakine Girls Heli Pro DLX backpack, which comes in purple, black or plaid.

Last but not least she wears her Dakine Scrunch beanie and Dakine Ninja Balaclava facemask, which are great for morning sled missions. To top it all off, she accessorizes her signature Dragon Leanne Pelosi Rogue Goggles with the sweet feather earrings for a stylish compliment to her eyewear.
