Watch Now: The Bode Merrill Mini Pipe Invitational recap

Yesterday, Bode Merrill threw a pipe contest that looked a lot different than what we're used to seeing these days. The Merrill Mini Pipe Invitational took place in High Cascade's mini pipe and hosted an eclectic group of top riders.

Scott Stevens went upside down on almost every hit, Gigi Ruf blasted superpipe sized airs out of the mini pipe walls, even Lucas Magoon showed and put down some smooth runs.

In the end, shirtless Rio Tahara took the win and Bode won the "eating the most shit" award at his own contest after repeatedly slamming while attempting double backflips.
