While a majority of the country sweats its way through another major heat wave, Windells campers, staff and visiting pros enjoy cool days snowboarding on Mt. Hood. This session Nick Visconti, Cam Pierce, Tim Humphreys, Niko Cioffi, Tyler Lynch, and the entire Gremlinz bus, were at camp for one of the funnest session every summer, The Reunion Team Takeover. The seasoned crew of riders took it upon themselves to ensure Session 5 was the highlight of every camper’s summer.

Chase Weaver and the Windells Diggers outdid themselves Session 5, building the best park Windells has seen all summer. The park was packed with tons of rail features, three flawless jumps, a hip, and endless tranny allowing riders to link together endless lines through the set up. On hill, Nick Visconti hosted an all girls “dance floor” box jam with the winner walking away with a new board after doing the first ever 50-50 Twerk. Other on hill highlights included Cam and Tim’s double corks over the big jump, Jesse Paul’s mind boggling rail tricks, Justin Fronius’ Hyland Hills inspired lines, and Ozzy Henning’s massive tranny finder off the hip.

Back at camp, The Reunion riders hosted multiple activities giving campers the chance to head home with loads of fresh gear. Cam Pierce and Tim Humphries hosted a King of the Mountain race where campers had to crawl through a foam pit then run up a drop in all while being pelted with dodgeballs. Nick Visconti and Sandbox ensured campers protect their brains by hooking them up tons of campers with free helmets. Also Niko Cioffi and The Gremlinz chased down campers in a game of Capture the Swag.

Session 6 is right around the corner with the Technine team mobbing into camp for their Team Takeover. They’ll be rolling deep at camp with the likes of Lucas Magoon, Chris Bradshaw, Dylan Thompson, Andrew Brewer, Nick Pooch, Ben Bilodeau, Zander Blackmon, Masaki Toda, Brady Larson, and Luke Haddock riding all session long. Spots are still available for Windells Camp Summer 2013. Register before they’re all gone! Stay tuned to www.windells.com, facebook and instagram for more updates throughout the summer.
