Which is worse: Sims or Lamar?

So:

Collective Licensing International (aka: "The Collective" ) as it would like to be known on this fine site has called The Public Advisor out personally for reporting the ugly truth about its operation.

Specifically how this style of reporting outlines and documents that "The Collective" has nothing to do with snowboardings heritage, (other then a few washed up brand names that they can sell to high profile sporting goods chains) and that they are in fact impostors in this industry that honest people work hard to sustain.

Here is their threatening letter to The Public Advisor:

"You seriously have no idea what you are talking about. Sims is owned by Tom Sims and the lies you spew make you look like an immature asshole.

What is your problem with Sims? Unless this is who i think it is, then you are REAL close to slander, and I will personally make sure we come for you.

Otherwise, if not, then you are entitled to your opinion, however uninformed it is.

If you want to know the truth regarding any aspect of the brand you are slandering, feel free to ask, and I will educate you."

Now... If in fact Sims is owned by Tom...then why in this very magazine did I find this article that clearly states Snowboard Magazine Article 2006 the following:

"Collective International, LLC (Collective), announces that it has secured the exclusive, world-wide rights to SimsĀ® Snowboards from Tom and Hilary Sims."

"Secured the exclusive.......rights from Tom and Hilary Sims." clearly says to the world that Tom and Hilary Sims no longer own the company.

In reality this means nothing to "Johnny Shreader." You know who Johnny Shreader is don't you?

He is the guy that bought a Sims board from The Sports Authority because he actually believed in the bullshit heritage argument you are trying to sell. Why don't you try selling snowboards for a change?

If anyone should be called out on Slander or Lies it should be you and everyone involved with the now Payless Shoe Source owned Collective Licensing International for attempting to convince the fine people on this website (and the world as a whole) that Sims is actually still a snowboard company.

With the money Payless has couldn't "The Collective" start their own snowboard company instead of trying to re-market companies that have been bought and sold as comodities for the past ten years?

Hmm....
