How many years have you been digging for Windells?

This is my first summer.

Why do you do it?

I’ve been able to shred and work all summer with some of the coolest people I’ve ever met. It’s a huge privilege to be able to just snowboard and hangout for a job in the summer.

What's your favorite part of camp?

Hot laps with the crew in the park, hands down. 

What has been your best experience working as a digger?

There's nothing better than getting to pass out in the back of the van up and down from the mountain before and after a long day of boardin. That, and Palmer Points would have to be a close second (bombing the Palmer snowfield straight downhill).

What has been your worst experience working as a digger?

Getting up to the hill early on a rainy day to find out that I forgot a jacket.

What would you be doing if you weren't at camp for the summer?

I’d probably be bussing tables back in Bend on the daily wishing I’d came to Hood for the summer.

Tell me about Ark Life.

Ark life is great, it’s one of a kind.The whole summer is one big party. No parents!

What's the funniest thing you've ever done to a camper? 

The mayonaise sunscreen bottle. I can’t take credit for the idea, but I definitely witnessed quite a few mayo faces.
