Winter returns to Mt. Bachelor [Gallery]

We’ve had a great season here at Mt. Bachelor, but as of late things were starting to feel like spring. That all changed this week when winter returned for real.

We had a taste of “January like” conditions all over the hill. The temps were cool and the snow was epic. Tons of pow and no crowds. We rode the storm all week and then on Saturday the sun came out.

I know I couldn’t get enough of this frosty goodness. Looks like we are hitting a late season push for pow because we are forcasted to get more snow this week. Spring break is upon us and Mt. Bachelor is offering some sweet deals on passes. Freeriding has been insane with 360 degree access of the mountain and the world class shred parks speak for themselves.
