The skate scene of the Pacific Northwest is characterized by the abundance of high speed, high consequence concrete parks that are scattered throughout Washington and Oregon. Skaters that grow up here learn how to ride transition before they can walk, just as the surfers of SoCal learn to swim or the youth of Minnesota play hockey. Sky Siljeg is the manifestation of just how raw PNW style actually is. Incredible talent, loose yet in control and one hell of a entertaining person to watch.
