RPZN took to the road for one of the most badass events in snowboarding, Tailgate Alaska. Tailgate is a 10-day festival held every year in the Chugach Mountain Range, a locale famous for its accessibility to world-class snowboarding via anything from a snowmobile or a helicopter. Seth Hill, Kale Stephens, Justin Van Der Poelen and the rest of the team set up camp in Thompson Pass and made the most of questionable snow conditions but, then again, we’re talking about snowboarding in Alaska.

The final stop of RPZN’s 2014 team travels took us to Alaska for the Tailgate festival. Needless to say the festival is unlike any other. The trip there, and the people who gathered for a passion to snowboard in Alaska was all-time. Heli days, Cat days, and some amazing time exploring Alaska with this crew isn’t something that can be explained. You have to watch the edit to get it.
