Official release from RIDE Snowboards:

RIDE Snowboards, a proven leader in the industry for more than 20 years, welcomes Dan “Danimals” Liehdal to its Pro Team. Hailing from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Danimals’ effortless style and rock-solid mentality make him the perfect addition to this team of dynamic and versatile riders.

“Dan is truly a one of a kind fellow; a polite Midwestern gentleman with exceptional natural talent combined with creativity and the smoothest style,” said Tanner McCarty, RIDE Team Manager. “He can even pound half a dozen donuts every morning and not gain an inch. He’s got it all and is extremely deserving of a spot on the RIDE Pro Team. I couldn’t be more hyped.”

Danimals’ standout part in Videograss this year clearly demonstrates his smooth style and creative outlook on snowboarding. His fourth part comes out this fall. The talented 24-year-old can be found hot lapping his home mountain of Highland Hills, or hitting rails in the street. When not on a snowboard, he is on a skateboard or ripping his moto in the woods.

Riding the Alter-Ego, Helix, and El Hefe bindings, Danimals joins the talented and diverse RIDE Pro Team that includes: Jake Blauvelt, Jake Welch, Alex Cantin, Hana Beaman, Yuki Kadono, and Marco Feichtner.

“I’m so grateful to go through the stepping stone of becoming pro for RIDE,” said Danimals. “There are so many great riders I have looked up to that have also been pro for RIDE: Dale Rehberg, Mikey Leblanc, Darrell Mathes, Justin Hebbel, just to name a few. It’s really a cool thing that means a lot to me.”
