I can’t put a finger on why, but the Gremlin Gamez is my favorite event in snowboarding. I’ve watched the Vermont natives since their first migration to Tahoe many years ago evolve from down right shady characters to eco-conscious visionaries who manufacture their own snowboards and throw super fun events.

This 4/20 was no different, the 3rd Annual Gremlin Gamez went down at Donner/ASI in North Lake Tahoe. Due to the low snow pack that Tahoe suffered from this year, the Gremlinz adapted and moved up the hill. The new terrain allowed for creative features which included a snow tunnel that you had to ollie into and upon exit sent you straight into a jump feature as well as various rails, banks, transfers, rope swings and pond skims.

The turnout was huge success and a variety of shredders came out to celebrate 4/20 and snowboard under perfectly sunny skies. Sababa
