The 2nd Annual Oregon Splitboard Festival at Mt. Hood

split-fest

This March 8-10, the 2nd Annual Oregon Splitfest will be held at Mt. Hood. Attendees will converge on Charlie’s Mountain View bar in Government Camp, OR on Friday and Saturday nights to plan their daily tours for the weekend.

Splitfest attendees will be responsible for their own touring routes and safety; this is not a guided event. There is plenty of backcountry terrain available at Mt. Hood for all experience levels; noob through expert. Anyone got a summit attempt in them? Attendees are responsible for their own accomodations during the weekend of the event.

A raffle will be held Saturday night, with all proceeds to benefit the Northwest Avalanche Center, along with a best photo contest. Attendees will have the opportunity to win lots of prizes donated by our sponsors, including several new factory splitboards.
