Want to keep up to date on all things Sochi, without leaving your couch? The big brains over at Mashable.com have you covered, with all the ways you can stay tuned throughout the Games:

1. Live Streaming Services

In order to live stream the Games, the first step is to register your satellite or cable TV subscription with NBC on its Live Extra site. Once this is done, you’ll be set to live stream away. However, a pay-TV subscription is necessary for total access; those without a sub will only have limited access, and will only be able to view certain events.

2. The NBC Sports Live Extra App

This is another prime option for those with a pay-TV subscription, as the app allows for live streaming and full event replays via your phone. The app, which is free, is avalable for both iOS and Androids.

3. NBCOlympics on Social Media

Follow NBC on Twitter & Instagram for constant updates on what’s happening in Sochi. The handle for both Twitter and Insta is @NbcOlympics, so follow away.
