Favorite thing about being on park crew: Being the cutest on the crew (since it’s all males, LMAO) or being overly feminine to make up for the lack of females in my department (painting my rake pink or putting men in their place).
Words of wisdom: You’re a badass chick that can do whatever men can do, no matter what the field is. If you’re intimidated, let your work and skills do the talking and I’m sure you’ll end up on top! Chase your goals and ambitions (and that bag), sis! Females bring so much to the table (other than filling companies’ “affirmative action” plans and diversity quotas). We bring focus, organization, interpersonal skills (that men lack so much), and girl, the list goes on! The world needs us, and so do all the young girls that look up to inspiring, powerful women LIKE YOU in male-dominated fields. “Go bad bitch, go bad bitch, go!” -“Bundles” song I heard on Tik Tok, lol.
