The Fourth Phase: Action Reel – New Footage

We are hard-pressed to think of a snowboard film that has ever been as highly anticipated as, The Fourth Phase. Yet upon its release, many felt that that film did not live up to their expectations for a four-year project coming hot on the tail of action mega-monsters, That’s It, That’s All, and The Art of Flight. While the film dived deeper into the mind of Travis Rice and the many intricacies that influence a snowboard film project, for many, the action was lacking. Not anymore. A year after the project’s initial release, we have now been gifted with an 18-minute action reel, boiled down with the best clips and shots from all four years of filming. The best part? It’s not all re-used footage. Sit back and get comfortable, this 18-minute compilation has all of the mind-bending action we have come to know and love from Travis Rice.

Featuring riding from Mark Landvik, Eric Jackson, Bryan Iguchi, Pat Moore, Mikkel Bang, Cam FitzPatrick, Shin Biyajima, Bode Merrill, Jeremy Jones, Victor de Le Rue, Ben Ferguson, and more in locations ranging from the backcountry of Wyoming to the snowy Japanese Alps, the volcanoes of Russia, and a spectacularly remote area of Alaska.
