Comune expands their creative reach with the addition of international distribution channels

Los Angeles lifestyle and apparel brand COMUNE has announced the addition of Mexico’s Brandtex and Sweden’s One Off as two new distribution partners to help widen the influence of their unique blend of art, design and photography-inspired clothing and accessories.

With a stronghold on distribution to the full gamut of prestigious department stores in Mexico along with key destinations in Europe and Asia, Brandtex offers COMUNE opportunities to market to a whole new clientele. Beyond distribution, Brandtex will also provide sales management and administration support to help with the merchandising and display of COMUNE’s progressive collections.

One Off began in Sweden in the early 1980’s as a producer of windsurfing products and a decade later opened their first retail location and distribution house. They currently boast a total of four stores spread across Sweden – two in Stockholm, one in Gothenburg and one in Karlstad – from which they will stock and ship COMUNE’s collections. Later this year, a fifth store will open in Sweden’s biggest shop- ping mall, Väla, in Helsingborg.

Already a staple in a variety of U.S retailers including Urban Outfitters, American Rag, Industry Denim and Nordstrom, this new distribution will only help to further COMUNE’s message of creativity through clothing that reflects the lifestyle of carefree idealism.
