A winter storm warning has been issued for parts of the Northern Rockies, according to The National Weather Service, effective from 9 a.m. Wednesday until 12 p.m. on Thursday. In Southwest Montana, elevations above 5,500 feet, which includes Bridger Bowl, can look forward to the potential accumulation of 6 to 12 inches, while 12 to 24 inches are expected for areas above 7,000 feet; for Northwest Wyoming, elevations above 6,000 feet, including Jackson Hole, can expect anywhere from 3 to 12 inches, while in South-Central Idaho, elevations above 6,000 feet, including Sun Valley, may see anywhere from 4 to 10 inches. Winter is making an impressive entrance this time around, and we could not be happier!
