Snowboard Magazine Volume 12 is coming to a close, but not without a party.
With our last magazine of the year sitting comfortably on newsstands, coffee tables, beside toilets, and in boardshops throughout the country, it’s time to cut loose and have a little fun. Join us at Big Willies Lounge in Salt Lake City, UT on January 8th to celebrate the release of The Detour Issue, featuring an interview with Utah’s own Bode Merrill that Snowboard Magazine and Cody Rosenthal extended into a short documentary titled Broken Mechanism. Bode himself will be in attendance to premiere the film, so you know the evening will be cranked up to ten.
The release party will feature a gallery of select prints from The Detour Issue, product giveaways from our friends at anon., Salomon, Billabong, Milosport, Crab Grab, Dang Shades, and Arcade Belts, plus music from the legendary DJ Matty Mo.
Doors open at 7:00pm MST, the film will begin at 8:00pm, but who knows where the party will go to.
