A few years ago Jake Blauvelt made a choice that led his career in the direction of backcountry lines, natural features and a style of snowboarding that made him truly happy. What has grown out of that is THE MOUNTAIN LIGHT PROJECT, a non-profit organization that he started to show youth the wonders of not just snowboarding but how special it is to be part of the natural world. On November 17th his 2013–14 part will be released on iTunes with all proceeds going towards THE MOUNTAIN LIGHT PROJECT and the goal of making snowboarding a reality for kids who never got the chance to experience it, and to teach them how to protect it.

Filmed on location in Japan, the US, Canada and Alaska, Jake’s Full Part will be available for 24 hours exclusively on Jake’s Vimeo page November 17th.

Jake’s Full Part is supported by Oakley, adidas and Ride. Produced and directed by Juice Design.
