Performance Review
First Impression. Right away, the Reiki felt smooth, surfy, and easy to control. It has a softer flex and a flowy riding feel that makes it feel immediately approachable.
Edge Hold. The edge hold is impressive, especially considering its softer flex. It provides a reliable grip that allows you to lean into carves with confidence. It feels especially secure on slushy groomers and corn snow, where the board can really bite in and follow a smooth, directional line.

Edge Transition. The combination of its tapered nose and directional shape makes it incredibly easy to roll from edge to edge. It feels fluid and effortless through transitions and at all speeds.
Drive // Pop. The board offers a relaxed, consistent energy. It doesn’t have an aggressive, bone-shaking snap, but it provides a flowy drive that carries momentum beautifully.
Nimbleness & Predictability. Predictability is high because the board doesn’t make you work for it. It is extra nimble through chunder or variable snow, thanks to that tapered nose.
Stability at Speed. For a board with a medium flex, the stability is excellent. It stays composed and grounded when you open up your carves and soaks up vibration with a level of ease that builds rider confidence.
Fun Factor. The fun here is found in the “effortless.” It is a joy to ride in a smooth, surfy way. I only wish I could have ridden it on a true powder day, as it clearly has the DNA to be a dream in the deep stuff.
The Deep Dive
Overall Impression The Reiki is a sophisticated, easy-riding companion that makes the whole mountain feel like a wave. It can rip steeps, handling carving, cruising, and variable terrain with ease.
Who is this board for? It’s perfect for those who enjoy carving and cruising rather than spending all day in the air.
Who is it NOT for? Dedicated freestyle riders who want a true twin for technical switch riding.
