A predictable announcement based on Chloe Kim’s past competitive season, but an announcement nonetheless. Chloe took to Instagram this past weekend to tell her fans that she has officially qualified for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. The Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo games will kick off in early February and it is now official that the biggest name in women’s halfpipe will be attending. Over the course of this past winter Chloe took home her third consecutive world championship, 8th X Games Superpipe gold, along with a few other podiums during the world cup season. It is par for the course for Kim with records being broken along the way as she has officially wrapped up the competitive schedule for this winter and looks to start training for her third Olympics.

Will she do what the Kansas City Chiefs failed to do this Super Bowl and three-peat on snowboarding’s biggest stage? Our money is on yes, but we still have a year to see what happens. Huge congrats to Chloe for qualifying. We can’t wait to see who will be rounding out the team alongside her and Maddie Mastro (whenever that becomes official). The Olympic clinching run is below.
