Crested Butte Mountain Resort launches its season pass products and prices for the 2014-2015 winter season. All passes go on sale today, May 1, 2014. This announcement comes following the resort re-opening this past weekend for more skiing and riding due to above average snow that still lies on the slopes. The Adult Peak Pass starts at $599 and Peak Pass Plus is $799, with many additional benefits for pass holders with the added-value pass. The CB Card will also be available online now through September 12, 2014. After drastically changing its pass pricing structure a year ago, the resort plans to keep a similar model for the 2014-2015 season.
New this year, the resort has added a Pass Protection Program where pass holders can purchase coverage on their pass investment, in case of unforeseen accidents or life changes.
Pass sales begin today and prices will remain at this rate until the first sales deadline of October 24, 2014. After this date, prices will increase to a pre-season rate and then an in-season rate. A price breakdown is as follows for the Peak Pass and Peak Pass Plus:
