adidas Snowboarding is proud to introduce our new adidas Team Manager, Evan LeFebvre.

Do not be fooled by Mr LeFebvre’s French sounding name (SIDEBAR – you don’t pronounce the ‘B’), he is in fact an American originally from San Diego, California, but now will be uprooting to sunny Oregon residing amongst the adidas Action Sports home in Portland. Evan has worn many hats over the years; as online and contributing editors at both Transworld and then Snowboarder Mag, the film maker behind Skeleton Crew films, a snowboarding category manager, a colleague, a buddy, a shredding partner and a dad, just to mention a few. He now dons a new hat with three stripes and we are psyched to have him on board just as our inaugural 2013/2014 season kicks off. Go check out the collection and the “Welcome __________” documentary series at www.adidas.com/snowboarding , where you will see some of Evan’s new team mates in action.

“I am extremely excited to be taking on this role; I seriously couldn’t be more psyched. I’m a huge fan of everything adidas has been doing in skateboarding, so when I heard snow was happening I immediately wanted to be a part of it. That it’s actually going down, still seems unreal!
We’re really excited to be moving to the Northwest and I’m even more excited to be a part of the adidas snowboarding program; working with not only an incredible team, but also an amazing group of individuals. I’m also really hyped to ride Mt. Hood Meadows again.” – Evan LeFebvre
On his first official day, Evan kicks off a European tour with the team as they support Jake Blauvelt’s ‘Naturally’ premieres in Munich, Innsbruck, London and Oslo.
