Ethan Morgan’s new event DIYX stands for “do it yourself x-treme,” and it’s awesome

As evidenced by our friends Stale Sandbech and Torgeir Bergrem, we’re in the midst of an endless winter. While it’s great to have pow days in May…

It’s also pretty damn fun to snowboard in slush.

Ethan Morgan’s first hosted event is all about getting friends together for a little rowdiness before the season ends. We back that. They sent it, drank tons of beer, and put together a great video for us to enjoy. What more can we ask for?

Here’s what Ethan has to say about the event:

This was my very first event that I held. It was at the KPark in Kühtai, Austria, and the whole concept was pretty much just a whole crew going to the closed down pipe, and just build in the pipe whatever we wanted to. The next day we all rode it. These were two intense days, really fun, good times and lots of beers with all the boys. That’s what DIYX was all about. Thank you to Monster Energy and Northwave Boots for supporting this event.
