Korua Shapes Presents: Yearning For Turning vol. 6 – Carve Oddity

Korua Shapes is back for the 2017/18 season with the return of Yearning For Turning vol. 6. Continuing with their tradition of producing short, fast-paced, and direct to the point snowboarding videos, Carve Oddity captures a mixture of moments from last season riding everywhere from Japan to Laax and back. Strap in and hold on, this is one burning fast turning edit not to be slept on.

Featuring riding from Nicholas Wolken, James Niederberger, Atsufumi Mizuni, Thomas Stöckli, Aaron Schwartz, Raphael Rocha, Stephan Maurer and Luca Crivelli.

Carve Oddity is a collection of favourite moments from the 16/17 season – including, but not limited to – riding deep powder in the forests of Japan, going on weekend mini-missions to find new zones at tiny Swiss resorts, slashing chunky slush in the halfpipe and wave-park up in LAAX, and finding surprisingly good powder in the Engadin valley late in the season. Despite difficult snow conditions we managed to have a whole lot of fun doing what we enjoy most: simply snowboarding.
