The only downside to this series is that the episodes aren’t longer. Which we guess is a good thing; we want more, yeah? A quick hop back in time to when the colors were bright, and everything from riding to gear changed faster than ever.
From Burton:
Episode 2 of 50 Years of Snowboarding drops into the ’90s, when freestyle explodes, riders push the limits of what’s possible, and snowboarding begins to find its own identity. It’s snowboarding’s teenage rebellion. A decade defined by progression, creativity, and a growing culture that doesn’t want to play by anyone else’s rules. As corporations take notice and the industry grows, Burton stays independent, navigating the chaos by sticking to what got it here in the first place: listening to the riders.
