The 2019 Burton US Open was the personification of progression, on many levels. After a stacked week of heavy competitions, concerts and parties, the final contest of the 37th annual event came down to Men’s Halfpipe Finals. It was one heck of a show from beginning to end, with none other than Mr. Scotty James taking the win. This marked James’ first-ever Burton US Open win, and his sixth consecutive first-place this season. James literally has been unstoppable in the halfpipe this season.
