What happens when you combine closing weekend, a modified slopestyle course, and an endless supply of Red Bull? One of the rowdiest and wettest end of season parties— The Red Bull Slopesoakers.
The eighth annual event was a twisted slopestyle pond-skim combo, that gave competitors the chance to show off their skills on jumps and rails, while also having to navigate over two icy pools of water.
This year’s event popped off on 4/20 (Colorado’s favorite holiday) at Copper Mountain. Throngs of eager riders turned up for the event clad in the craziest outfits they could imagine, and attempted to wow the judges with their skills and antics. The weather was bright and sunny, and everyone came out looking for a good time, which is exactly what went down.
