It was another successful day from SIA 2013 as we scoured the trade show floor checking out more of 2014’s best products. It was a rough start to the morning as attendees spent the previous night at the various parties around Denver. From the 686 boxing match to Zeal’s ping pong party, GoPro’s late night dance shenanigans at Suite 200 and the various live shows around town, the first night is always a late one.

Here are some highlights from day 2:

anon.’s M2 goggle was a huge hit featuring one of the fastest lens changing systems we’ve ever seen. You may have seen our recent review of the anon. M2 on our website, featuring a sleek new frameless design and 8-point Magna-tech lens changing system. It’s never a dull moment seeing how far you can throw the lens and have it pop into place. Also, anon. launched its new A2 helmet line featuring fits for both men and women that works seamlessly with its goggles. No gaper gap, ever.

ThirtyTwo’s new Crab Grab collab brings great design and functionality to a slew of products including a sweatshirt, beanies, mitts and a new boot. If you’re headed to Hood this summer, the Crab Grab x ThirtyTwo sweatshirt is the way to go. It will keep you dry while shredding the summer conditions all day.

Dakine signed Elias Elhardt to the team and he’s rocking both outerwear and a new glove/backpack setup that will turn heads. Also, Dakine’s new BC Vest is something every backcountry rider should check out.

NOW introduced two new bindings to its already popular line giving riders more variety. The new Select binding caught our eye as it comes with two new highback options, a traditional highback that can be removed and replaced with a supportive “lowback” system for shredding pow.

Lastly, Burton came in strong this year and is now offering a 3 year warranty (up from 2) on all their Channel boards. This isn’t just on the Channel system as it was in years past, it’s on the entire board. Also, Burton’ new Filet-O-Flex Channel system gives you so much flex you’ll be pressing further than you ever thought possible.
