Performance Review
First Impression. The Alchemist stands out immediately for its narrow profile, making it incredibly fast edge-to-edge.
Toe vs. Heel Edge Hold

- Heel Edge: Holds a very good line in standard carves, though limited by the narrow platform during aggressive leaning.
Edge Transition. Transitioning is a highlight of the Alchemist. It is quick and nimble. The taper allows you to initiate turns immediately, which is especially noticeable when catching the transition in the halfpipe.
Drive Out of Turns. The pop on this board is very solid and feels effortless. It provides a supportive feel that rewards an active rider without feeling like an uncontrollable missile.
Stability at Speed. The Alchemist handles chop well when straight-lining and feels most at home in “3rd or 4th gear.” Interestingly, it is exceptionally light, which gives it a surprisingly even swing weight when spinning off jumps.
