First Impression. This is a deck that experienced riders are going to get along with instantly and be able to push to higher levels of riding, without it being out of reach for progressing intermediates.

Edge Hold. The edge hold is excellent for a park-focused twin. It locks in smoothly on groomers and provides a highly predictable, stable platform when you are setting up for a feature or carving between hits.

Edge Transition. Transitions are quick and fluid. It has a lightweight feel underfoot that allows you to effortlessly pivot, maneuver through tight transitions, or initiate spins onto features.

Drive // Pop. Pop-wise, the Process punches well above its weight class and the traditional camber offers a nice, springy snap that helps springboard you into the air whenever you want.

Nimbleness & Predictability. Predictability is a massive strong suit for this board. It feels completely cozy sitting on a jib, behaves exactly how you want it to, and provides a balanced platform for presses and flat-ground butters.

Stability at Speed. This board can handle a wide range of airtime and stays totally confident when approaching larger features. While I’d classify it as a well-rounded park board rather than a stiff, dedicated jump-leaning charger, it has more than enough stability and backbone to step up to bigger features where you need extra speed and impact protection.

Fun Factor. Outstanding! My favorite moments were hitting the jump lines in South Park. It turns the entire resort into a low-stress, high-energy freestyle playground.

Who is this board for? Experienced park riders looking for an amazing, do-it-all daily driver, as well as intermediate riders who want something high-quality that they can grow into and progress with. Honestly, a lot of riders looking at the Burton Custom would probably be better off on the Process.

Overall Impression The Process is a masterpiece of balanced freestyle performance. It is a highly versatile, energetic twin that just feels right from the drop-in. It hits an absolute sweet spot, delivering great freestyle character without ever feeling overly aggressive or overpowering.
