First Impression. The Destroyer feels like a true twin: perfectly balanced and incredibly easy to get used to. It’s surprisingly nimble for its width, defying the usual sluggishness associated with wider decks.

Edge Hold. The board provides a reliable and steady edge. You get the inherent benefits of a wide platform—less toe and heel overhang during carving moments and a bit more forgiveness across the board.

Edge Transition. Transitions are remarkably quick for a wider board. The Destroyer 156W was amazingly nimble and intuitive to control, moving between turns with a lightness that caught me by surprise.

Drive // Pop. I felt really comfortable and settled into my park lines immediately. It has a fun temperament and an approachable flex that rewards a creative rider. While it sits on the softer side of medium, it still provides enough energy to snap out of turns and carry momentum into the next feature.

Nimbleness & Predictability. This is arguably the best wide park board I’ve ever ridden. It is incredibly predictable and was intuitive to control from the first lap.

Stability at Speed. It feels sturdy without being stiff or bulky and was stable on landings. It handles groomers and South Park features with a confidence-inspiring level of composure, even at higher speeds.

Fun Factor. The fun factor is high because of its approachability. It’s confidence-inspiring when riding switch and feels nice and balanced in the air. It’s a board that encourages you to dial in your tricks without fighting your equipment.

Who is this board for? A great option for intermediate to advanced park riders who are size 10+. It’s perfect for those who need the extra width but don’t want to sacrifice agility.

Overall Impression The Forum Destroyer 156W is a game-changer for the wide-board category. Perfect for size 10 and up. It manages to offer the stability and landing platform of a wide deck without the typical slow response time. It is a nimble, balanced, and predictable park tool that feels at home on everything from groomers to terrain park features.
