Performance Review
First Impression. You can feel the liveliness of the T1 from the very first run. It has a comfortable feeling—there was no “get to know you” period or awkward quirks to adjust to.
Edge Hold. The T1 features Nitro’s “Cam-Out” camber, which gives you the grip and response of traditional camber underfoot with just enough early rise to keep it from feeling catchy. It holds an edge with confidence, whether you’re carving through the resort or setting up for a technical feature.

Edge Transition. Transitions are quick and intuitive. The board feels nimble and responsive, moving edge-to-edge with a rhythmic ease. It’s a “resort destroyer” that feels just as comfortable slashing through the sidecountry as it does navigating a crowded park lap.
Drive // Pop. This board has a great, dynamic flex that makes ollies feel incredible. The Whiplash Core Profile provides a ton of snap without requiring you to “muscle” the board.
Nimbleness & Predictability. The T1 is a legendary park champion for a reason: it is remarkably predictable. You don’t need to fight this board; it’s there for exactly what you need on takeoff and landing.
Stability at Speed. Despite its medium flex, the T1 is impressively stable. It features “Ureshred” sidewalls and “Railkiller” edges, which provide a damp, durable feel that felt solid coming into jumps and held its own beautifully in the superpipe.
Fun Factor. Such a blast! Pressing on rails was supportive and fun, and the overall “tried and true” nature of the Nitro line really shines here. It’s a board that encourages creativity and progression.
The Deep Dive
Who is this board for? Intermediate and advanced riders who want a high-energy park board that feels familiar and fun from day one.
Overall Impression The Nitro T1 is a freestyle powerhouse that balances performance with a fun, inviting energy. It’s a sophisticated park machine with a refined camber profile and snappy core that does all the talking. It’s stable enough for the pipe but playful enough for the rail line, making it a true “do-it-all” freestyle board.
