For a crew that can claim Bryan Iguchi, Pat Moore, MFR, and Eddie Wall in their corner, what more do they need on their resume? Well, nothing. But Arbor is continuing to stack their team with the addition of a lifelong boarder, leader, and all-around respected one-of-a-kind guy, Patrick McCarthy AKA Sarge.
A career worth of entertaining parts with legendary film crews, McCarthy is a mainstay at Mt. Baker and over the past decade he has transitioned to a guiding role, helping countless riders and groups get theirs up in the PNW and beyond. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t ripping righ alongside them. Penning a heartfelt goodbye to his former sponsor earlier this week, we can’t wait to see what the new chapter holds for one of snowboarding’s most lovable characters.
