This week at Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado, accomplished snowboarder and Red Bull athlete Pat Moore is attempting to break the quarter pipe height record, currently held by Terje Håkonsen (31.5ft).

In the last few days, Frank Wells and his team (Snow Park Technologies) have been operating 3 snow cats, pushing more than 50,000 cubic yards of snow to build a massive quarter pipe that now stands an amazing 32-35 ft high and 90-100 ft wide.

Weather is definitely a challenge, but the team is committed to helping Pat reach his goal. Pat is determined to get it done!
