image002.jpgUnder Armour has opened the brands’ first specialty store in Vail Village in Vail, Co. The 1,200 square foot store opened on Bridge Street in early November bringing the best-of-the-best performance gear to skiers, snowboarders and Vail vacationers throughout the winter season. The store features top-of-the-line product from the UA MTN collection including technical outerwear, base layer, headwear, gloves and more. The store also creates a laid- back environment for consumers to interact with the brand featuring a community board with updates on what’s happening in Vail, and iPads placed around the store that allow consumers to get in-depth product details on the UA MTN collection.

Under Armour’s MTN athletes will be on-site at the store’s Open House Party this Saturday, signing autographs and interacting with the Vail community. As part of the celebration, there will be food and live music in-store and Under Armour will also be giving away MTN T shirts and bandanas throughout the event.

Attending Athletes: Bobby Brown, Kerri Herman, Jen Hudak, Justin Dorey, Ahmet Dadali, Chas Guldemond, Spencer Shaw and Jeremy Thompson

When: Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 4-6pm

Location: Under Armour Store, 227 Bridge Street, Unit F, Vail Village, CO
