Hailey, Idaho — November 29, 2011 — The World Freeride Festival is excited to
announce a new event for 2012: Flow Tailgate ISPO. This all-new event aims to bring
the camaraderie and good times of the world’s most aspirational wintersports events
(Flow Tailgate Alaska, Flow Tailgate BC and Flow World Freeriding Championships), to
the world’s largest sporting-goods trade show, ISPO, in Munich, Germany, from January
29 — February 1, 2012.

Partnering with ISPO, in creating the official trade-show parties, will bring the all-
American tailgating experience with a wintersports twist to the entire European
sporting-goods community. According to World Freeride Festival founder Mark Sullivan,
“Tailgate parties are a worldwide phenomenon — people from all over participate in
outside gatherings that highlight good food and drink with their friends. We are
overjoyed to share our brand of tailgating with this global audience.”

Flow Tailgate ISPO will take some of the elements of Flow Tailgate Alaska and bring
them to the heart of the ISPO trade show. Snow science demonstrations, BBQ food,
beer and, of course, Man Games will ensure a fun time for all.

The daily snow science demonstrations will showcase the latest in avalanche safety
equipment, videos from Alaska and BC, and the opportunity to meet some of the
legends of Alaskan and British Columbian backcountry.

Located in the atrium between convention halls, Flow Tailgate ISPO will be one of the
major traffic causeways for the trade-show. According to ISPO Action Sports Director
David Badalec, "All Tailgate events create such unique memories to everybody
involved, that we couldn’t be more stoked to bring this concept to Munich. Tailgate
ISPO will be the place to connect to the freeride business at the show, all set in a fun
and inspiring atmosphere."
