POW Inc. now owns Holden Outerwear

POW Inc., which already plays parent company to POW Gloves and Spacecraft, has announced its full acquisition of Holden Outerwear, effective Dec. 1, 2013.

Here’s what Mikey LeBlanc, Brand Director and Co-Founder of Holden, had to say about the move:
