The sickest Michigan Rail Jam is nearly here!

Arguably the sickest rail jam to hit the Midwest this year is the EpicHappens "Downtown Throwdown" rail jam happening in Traverse City, Mi this Saturday, Feb 19th. If you are a competative skier or snowboarder you still have time to register at www.DowntownThrowdown.com. Cost is only $40 and you will get back appx $50 in your swag bag!

Here's how it will go down – at appx 8:30am we will have the opening ceremony dedicated to our servicemen and women with a flag raising and signing of the National Anthem by local talent, Carrie Hart. Immediately following this, we will be graced by the United States Coast Guard Heli flyover to start the day!

At appx 9am the Young Talent (Pee-Wee) division will begin to practice/compete. We will finish up with them and roll throughout the day! Danny Kass and The Dingo will be there judgingthe finals while Dingo hypes the crowd!

Prizes will include snowboards, Ski's, outerwear and a trip to BIG BEAR CALIFORNIA to meet and compete against the pro's at Grenade Games 7, courtesy of Grenade Gloves!

If your in town and would like to meet the Grenade Generals, stop into Glik's store in Downtown Traverse City this Friday from 6-7:30 to meet and get their autographs! You can also try to run into them at Shimmers night club inside the Holiday Inn on West Grand Traverse Bay for the Leaders of the New School Celebrity Bash from 10pm – 2am on Thursday OR at the EpicHappens/Short's Brewing after party on Saturday located at the Loading Dock!

It will be a weekend of…well, EPICness! Be sure to check out everything going on at www.EpicHappens.com or www.DowntownThrowDown.com!
